What this platform is and is not
This platform is designed for professional development and coaching. It is not:
- HIPAA compliant
- SOC 2 certified
- Compliant with GDPR Article 9 (special category data)
- Suitable for storing or processing regulated personal data
What this means in practice
Do not enter any of the following in any conversation, document upload, or free text field:

| Personally identifiable financial data | Client account numbers, transaction details, credit scores |
| Privileged legal information | Client-specific case details, privileged communications |
What you can discuss
You can freely discuss:
- Your own professional challenges and development
- General workplace dynamics and leadership situations (without identifying individuals by full name + role + organisation)
- Career planning, goals, and skills development
- Anonymised scenarios ("a client in a situation like…" without identifiable details)
The AI disclaimer
When you open an AI conversation, you will see a notice reminding you of these restrictions. This is an informational prompt, not a compliance control. The platform has no technical mechanism to prevent you from entering regulated data, so the responsibility is yours.
