Joining a coaching program

If your coach sent you an invitation link

Click the link in the invitation email. If you do not yet have an account you will be prompted to create one first. Once you have signed in, you will be automatically enrolled in the program.

If you have a program URL (e.g. from a website or QR code)

Navigate to the URL in your browser. You will see a page describing the program. Click the Join button and sign in or create your account. You will be enrolled immediately.

What happens after joining

• The program's AI assistants will appear on your Dashboard.
• Any resources assigned to your membership tier will be visible in the Resources section.
• If your coach has set up a welcome message, you will see it on your Dashboard.

Membership tiers

Some programs have multiple tiers (for example, a free trial tier and a full-access tier). Your coach or the program join page will explain what each tier includes.

If you are on a trial membership, your access may expire after a set number of days. You will see a prompt to upgrade before that happens.

Multiple programs

You can be a member of more than one program under the same account. All programs you belong to will appear together on your Dashboard.
