What you will see

AI Assistants

The bots your coach has made available to you appear here as cards. There are two types:

• Interview bots: structured diagnostic sessions that end by generating a personal development plan for you. These are usually done once (or once per programme).
• Coaching assistants: open-ended conversation bots you can use any time for coaching support, reflection, or preparation.

Your plan

Once you have completed an interview, your development plan appears here. Click it to read the full document.

Documents

Plans, session notes, assignments, and any documents. What is stored here:

• Documents your coach has shared with you.
• Documents you have shared with your coach.
• AI-generated plans.
• AI-generated summaries of your conversations

If your coach has connected their calendar, your next scheduled sessions will show here.

Resources

A snapshot of learning materials available to you.

External data
