Your first sign-in: completing your profile

When you sign in for the first time, you will be taken through a short onboarding flow before reaching your dashboard. This takes about one minute.

Step 1: Accept the platform terms

Read the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Tick the checkbox to confirm you have read and agreed to them.

You can always find these documents at /terms and /privacy.

Step 2: Select your industry

Choose the industry that best describes your work. This helps the platform understand your context.

Why does this matter? If you work in a regulated sector (healthcare, financial services, or legal), you will see an extra notice before AI-assisted sessions. This is a reminder that the platform is not designed for sensitive regulated data (medical records, financial account details, confidential legal matter information). Please do not enter that type of data in any conversation.

Your industry selection is stored privately.

Changing your answers later

Your terms acceptance is permanent once confirmed. If you need to update your industry, contact your coach or use the feedback link.

After onboarding

You are taken directly to your Dashboard. If you were invited to a specific programme, you will already be enrolled: your coach's bots and resources will be visible.
