Deleting your account

You have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

Contact your coach directly or use the feedback link at the bottom of any page. Include your email address and a clear request to delete your account.

The platform team will:

  1. Confirm your identity
  2. Delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days
  3. Send you a confirmation email

What is deleted

  • Your account and sign-in credentials
  • All conversations and messages
  • Your development plans and documents
  • Your personal usage history

What may be retained

Some data may be retained for up to two years after deletion for legal and audit purposes:

  • Aggregated (non-identifiable) usage statistics

Some data may be retained for up to 10 years for accounting and tax purposes:

  • Financial transaction records

Effect on your coach

After your account is deleted, your coach will no longer be able to view your documents. If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled. No further charges will be made.

Cannot be undone

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Make sure you have downloaded or noted anything you want to keep before requesting deletion.
